豪尔赫·路易斯·博尔赫斯(西班牙文：Jorges Luis Borges，1899年8月24日－1986年6月14日），阿根廷诗人、小说家兼翻译家。生于布宜诺斯艾利斯一个有英国血统的律师家庭。在日内瓦上中学，在剑桥读大学。掌握英、法、德等多国文字。中学时代开始写诗。1919年赴西班牙，与极端主义派及先锋派作家过从甚密，同编文学期刊。1923年出版第一部诗集，1935年出版第一本短篇小说集，从此奠定了在阿根廷文坛上的地位。1946年因在反对庇隆的宣言上签名，被革除图书馆中的职务，派任市场家禽稽查员，但作家拒绝任职并发表公开信表示抗议。1950年至1953年间任阿根廷作家协会主席。1955年任国立图书馆馆长、布宜诺斯艾利斯大学哲学文学系教授。1950年获阿根廷国家文学奖，1961年获西班牙的福门托奖，1979年获西班牙的塞万提斯奖。
