On October 20, 2016, Zippo sat down with Purple Heart recipient Mark Anthony Krofek to hear his lost and found Zippo lighter story. Through the power of social media, he was reunited with his lost lighter almost 50 years later. A canvas for recording the hopes and fears of a generation, Vietnam era Zippo lighters were often engraved powerful statements such as this one.
